Nelli Korostelyova’s character rests on two strong foundations — her family history and an upbringing within a culture of multicultural creation.
Lineage and a code of honour. Deep roots in a Polish szlachta family, whose coat of arms bears an axe — a symbol of protection, dignity, movement and unbending loyalty to one’s word — instilled an inner code of honour, absolute respect for reputation and uncompromising responsibility for commitments made.
A philosophy of warmth and hospitality. Her first twelve years, spent in Tashkent, instilled a rare gift: creating the atmosphere of home around her, seeing the details, valuing people’s trust and building lasting human bonds.
This alloy of ancestral discipline and natural, sincere care shaped a singular character of leadership: the ability to keep and to build strict systems while preserving breadth of thought and the freedom of the entrepreneurial spirit.
Uniting experience across state-scale structures, development, audit and international projects, Nelli Korostelyova became the founder and owner of METATRIA L.L.C-FZ (Dubai, UAE).

Nelli Korostelyova’s professional path is a consistent construction of deep expertise, confirmed by the highest state and corporate standards:
Gold medal, 2010. Graduation from a specialised academic lyceum with a perfect record — a union of disciplined mind and independent thinking.
Honours degree in audit and finance, 2015. Higher professional education in Accounting, Analysis and Audit.
Construction estimating and pricing, 2022. Specialised education giving expert command of the economics of capital construction.
Negotiations and sustainable development, 2022–2023. Certified training in the programmes “Negotiations: from confrontation to cooperation” and “Managing a company’s sustainable development”.
Infrastructure complex, 2014–2023. For nine years Nelli Korostelyova worked within one of the largest transport and logistics systems in the world. As part of the leadership of the directorate responsible for freight and passenger revenue across the Central region, she carried out financial accounting and audit of vast transport and monetary flows. Working with mega-infrastructure gave her an understanding of how logistics, the regulatory framework, document flow and human resources unite into a single, uninterrupted mechanism.
Development and state contracting, 2024–2025. As Chief Financial Officer of a major construction company, Nelli Korostelyova supervised the financial and economic perimeter of a large-scale state contract — the reconstruction of the rehabilitation centre of a research institute of functional surgery. This consolidated deep expertise in treasury support, targeted use of budget funds, estimate control and interaction with state regulators.
In 2023 Nelli Korostelyova broadened her field of competence by joining an international project for the technology giant Google.
Assessing the quality of advertising campaigns and analysing the relevance of search-engine results for a global audience of many millions, she studied user behaviour and the mechanics of interaction with digital ecosystems at world level. This experience shaped her ability to see the needs of international clients and to design digital services of the highest precision.
